Waitz Fire Sprinkler Design, LLC. was founded in 2017 and provides a variety of fire sprinkler system designs.  We strive to provide quality shop drawings to our clients to expedite permitting while maintaining both low product costs and an efficient installation.  We work to provide specialized designs to each client’s unique preferences.

Waitz Fire Sprinkler Design, LLC. is owned and operated by brothers Kevin Waitz and Dan Waitz.

Kevin Waitz has 15 years of experience and is NICET Level III certified in “Water Based Fire Sprinkler Design”.  Kevin began his career at a large fire sprinkler installation company where he worked for 10 years.  Through the years, he developed to one of the head designers where he dealt with all types of sprinkler and design situations.  Toward the end of his time at this company he was promoted to Design Manager where he handled a team of designers.  In 2007, Kevin introduced his brother Dan into the world of fire sprinklers.

Dan Waitz has 10 years of experience and holds a NICET level III certification in “Water Based Fire Sprinkler Design”.  Dan started his career while still in high school with an apprenticeship to learn fire sprinkler design.  While equally growing in sprinkler design, Dan also found a knack for new computer technology.  With his skill set, Dan was not afraid to tackle the challenges for learning the newest programs and 3D coordination.

We were taught the value of designing sprinkler systems that “actually” work and are easy to follow, in both the permitting and installation stages.  We have experience in all commercial and residential construction as well as 3D coordination when needed.
